The location proved very convenient. All key historical areas, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. The variety of food items available was excellent (I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries). Staff members were both helpful and friendly.
The small closet had some dry cleaner hangers.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location.. major tram stops were just a short walk away. The staff was helpful. Renata at the front desk were really good too assist me with a lost item. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and cheeses.
I found the bathroom door in my room to have a loud creak, quite irritating.

The room was clean and neat with a handy mini fridge. Daily housekeeping occurred early each day. Crystal chandeliers adorned the room with a view overlooking the square.

The staff was very friendly and polite. They provided excellent assistance and information. The reception staff readily accepted my delayed luggage during the night, ensuring seamless service. Staff helped track down a tote I had misplaced.
